Taking the name “Abeo “(ah-bey-oh) from an expression of joy in a Nigerian dialect, the Abeo Quartet love playing chamber music and sharing it with others. Their eclectic program features a new work by the popular Indian-American composer Reena Esmail alongside Schubert’s beloved masterpiece, the Quartet in D minor, “ Death and the Maiden.”
